This PDF document shows the locations and the status of all solar energy projects designed to produce more than 50 megawatts of power. The Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB) is charged with certifying all applications for such "utility scale" projects according to the Ohio Administrative Code. Recent legislation, however, has shifted some of the decision making in this process to county and township governments.
